  The psalmist is overjoyed at the blessings God has given, and so he desires to praise God with a renewed heart and spirit. How can we discover a new spirit with which to praise God, and make worship less about our personal preferences?

   

   

   

  

• Parent/Child Dedication on Mother's Day

  Our congregation invites families who have welcomed a new child in the past year to participate in our Parent/Child Dedication as part of Mother’s Day worship on the morning of May 12. We will be sending out letters to members who have had babies, but would also be pleased to invite others to participate. So we ask grandparents who want us to invite their children to participate or frequent visitors to ZBC who would like to be included in this dedication service to let us know right away so we can get the invitation letters out. Call the church office or contact any of our pastors if you want to be invited to participate by Monday, May 6. We look forward to a great day of worship celebrating the commitment of parents and our congregation to raise their children to know the love of God in Christ.

• Music Mates and Cherub Choir End of Year Program

  Our Music Mates and Cherub Choirs will have their End of Year program on Sunday evening, May 5, at 6:30 p.m. in our Sanctuary.  The Music Mates Choir (preschoolers) will start the evening by singing their music followed by our Cherub Choir (children in Grades K-3) who will then present their music. Nursery will be provided. 

• Adult Men's Softball Schedule

  The ZBC Men’s Softball Spring season has started and will run through June. Games will be on Tuesday or Thursday each week. Email Adam Howell at alh0207@gmail.com if you are interested in playing.

   Tuesday, May 14 — 7:00 p.m. — Central Baptist White vs. ZBC 

  Thursday, May 16 — 7:00 p.m. — ZBC vs. Crosspoint Community 

• May 8 is the Last Week for Wednesday Night Programs

  May 8 will be our last Wednesday night programs until August.  Be sure to make your dinner reservation by Monday, May 6 before 1 p.m.
